Staying at the Forest Queen was quite the experience. While the historical charm and comfortable accommodations were appreciated, the noise from the bar below can be a significant downside for light sleepers. The management provided attentive service, and I was really impressed by the custom breakfast each morning. However, the lack of a TV and the sometimes rowdy atmosphere make it a mixed bag for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

Staying at this historic hotel was a mixed bag. It's well-positioned right in the heart of town, making it convenient for accessing restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean, but quite small, which might be an issue if you're planning to spend a lot of time indoors. While the breakfast was enjoyable, with homemade options that I appreciated, the noise from the bar was a significant drawback, especially if you're in one of the rooms above it. Overall, it's a fair value for what you get, but not ideal for a quiet retreat.

I had a unique stay at the Forest Queen, a historic hotel with character and charm. The room was generally comfortable, and we were treated like royalty by the hosts, with a lovely custom breakfast each morning. However, it can get quite loud, especially on weekends due to the bar downstairs, which definitely impacts the sleeping experience. While it offers good value for its location, the outdated facilities could use some attention.

I recently stayed at this historic hotel that dates back to the 1880s. It has a charming location right in the town center, close to several restaurants and bars. The rooms are tidy and have comfortable bedding, though they can be a bit small. The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade crepes and omelettes. However, be prepared for some noise from the main street if you stay in certain rooms. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick getaway, but some may find the noise a bit bothersome at night.

I had a lovely experience at the Forest Queen. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Crested Butte with easy access to shops and restaurants. The manager, Vic, and his wife, Elke, went above and beyond to make our stay special with customized breakfasts and thoughtful touches. However, the hotel can get loud due to the bar downstairs, and that might be a concern for those looking for a quiet retreat.
